    During my 16 months with Xpand Logistics my skills and responsibilities have developed as detailed below:Cargowise progression and support-Cargowise is a application for logistics companies. Within my role I support users to maximize the use of this application. This requires me to have in depth knowledge of Cargowise and freight forwarding.I use automation and correct processes within Cargowise to save time for my colleagues and the business. I have completed Cargowise training and am working towards being a Cargowise certified professional.- ReportingI have created and produced many reports from Cargowise to send internally and externally to customers. I use the features within Cargowise to produce reports however often this does not meet the requirements of the requested reports. In this instance I would use SQL to customize and generate my own reports without the limits of Cargowise.Power BI reporting- I am currently training to use Power BI and SQL. I use Power BI and SQL to export Cargowise data and produce visual and live data reports for internal and external needs. - Microsoft Excel I use Microsoft Excel often within my role. I use Excel to search, store, integrate and organise data. This allows me to produce and analyse data to identify trends and insights for the business.
