    • Attending tendering meeting on the new project. • Check Sales order is against lead time list to ensure delivery is possible as per company procedure• Load Sale Order and generate Work Order• Process work orders and any other production support activities as required• Develop and co-ordinate project plans Schedule • Schedule daily production planning meetings• Maintain production schedules based on input from all team members• Brief team on what project entails and ensure they have a clear understanding of what customer requires• Request the BOM, Built Sheet and Drawing from engineering • Compile the files for Production with all the required document• Execute MRP (material resource planning) and resolve associated queries or issues• Checking stock levels before generating new purchase orders• Print Stock takes sheets for the product range are conducted daily/monthly/yearly and stock is physically checked to verify cycle counts when necessary• Create Variance reports analyses and investigate variances • Assist warehouse to do cycle count physical • Identify obsolete stock is quarterly and order levels are monitored and maintained to ensure the availability of material• Generate purchase order and send to suppliers • Expedite the open orders by suppliers external and internal. • Pump tracking register is updated continuously to ensure that all information is up to date • Communicate with the Sale team to regarding progress of sales orders and notify the client if the job will be late. • Load Late Delivery Notes on JDE for late jobs or early jobs when necessary• Book Quality inspection for complete pump. • Generate invoicing on the complete job • Archive all complete job to humming bird program• Leasing with clients on the Project progress • Load Late Delivery Note with reasons on why we are late. • Run W/O delivery accuracy report JDE and save it on DM Document.• Run Works Orders health report for sick works orders.
