Preparation of the annual budget and monthly financial reporting comparing budget vs actual expenses.2.Coordinate with CFO for the financial reporting to the higher management3.Assists with outside auditors to provide them with all of the necessary information and preparation to facilitate the Co receiving a clean audit report.4.Approves all invoices that are to be processed through the accounts payable system,which includes but not limited to,review of proper coding of the invoices.5.Overseas the controls and systems of the computerized accounts payable and accounts receivable.6.Reviews and overseas all staffs work regularly to make sure that errors are reduced and efficiency is increased with daily supervision of staff.

    Al Mulla Group is one of the largest diversified privately held business group in Kuwait with over 12000 employees operating in seven countries through more than 30 companies and affiliations with over 200 international brands and companies.The group's operation range from automotive and heavy equipment distribution and servicing ,elector-mechanical contracting,consumer financing investments,insurance,real estate,office automation,rental and leasing of vehicle and equipment and money exchange services.My role as a senior accountant was as follows:-1.Maintain the accounts reporting system and ensure the Balance Sheet,Profit & Loss account and other schedules produced by the system is correct in all respects.Providing quarterly financial statements to the bank.2.Responsible for the accounting of all the Group companies till the gross profit,ensuring timely processing of all invoices in the system and producing a sales report to the management every 5th of the subsequent month.3.Ensure correct costing to the stock system.4.Ensure correct accounting of the fixed assets in the fixed assets system which was integrated to the finance module.
