Assist Location Supervisors with Issues regarding Cable, Internet and Phone services. Setting up new or existing units with new equipment for tenants. Testing and making sure these devices work correctly. Some of these locations range from Apartments to Senior health care facilities. Cable services for TV's. Setting up and configuring wireless connections. Testing and making sure phone services work. Assist tenants with use of Internet, phone and TV services. Assist with wireless access, from re- configuring, to just resetting passwords for ease of access. Assist with cable equipment management, from using the menus to set up recordings, configuring remote controls for specific equipment, and correct hookups. Assisting with voice mail set up and access, and changing privacy setting and even blocking certain phone numbers.
