In this role, I performed market research for the company, who were looking at the possibility of entering a new market. -Performed initial research on Bluetooth to find general trends in the sectors the company was interested in.-Identified the 5-10 key companies in that sector.-Searched through news, company fillings, websites and analyst reports to find sales numbers of the companies.-Compiled my research into an Excel file and delivered my findings in a presentation and Q&A in order to inform the company's market strategy.

Internship involved making infographics on Antarctic penguins and their restoration. -With another intern, Interviewed Dr Heather J. Lynch on her work with Antarctic penguins.-Performed additional research.-Collating all the information, we made infographics using Canva.-Infographics were aimed at children between 8-12 years old, included posters and printable activities.-They were used to promote the Conservation Optimism Summit.-Interacted with the team via regular meetings, gained experience on how large teams coordinate their efforts and work together.Key things learnt:-Adhering to brand specifications when designing, such as colour palettes, fonts and values-Science communication, the target audience was 8-12 year olds so the language used and the content was important.-Teamwork, I interacted with the team via regular meetings, gained experience on how large teams coordinate their efforts and work together.
