Once a cancellation request was received I would be responsible for opening up the case pulling all relevant information such as contract term dates, contract numbers, total unit count, and other necessary details. Once all information was gathered I would reach out to the customer attempting to retain their business. If I was unable to save i would assist with processing the account for cancellation.
