Joining the Citizens and Southern National Bank in 1968 after 4.5 years in the US Army Infantry, Captain Archer set the record for shortest time from management associate to Officer at C&S Bank. As VP of Corporate Real Estate, he sold $32MM of excess properties as part of the team that saved C&S from an F.D.I.C takeover in the late 70’s. Recruited by Gerald Hines Interests of Houston, Texas in 1980, he served as project manager and construction manger and was last, the Houston Director of Tenant Relations responsible for renewing 10,000,000sf of leases and generating new ones. His tour as President and COO of Albright Interests in Houston saw another $75MM of retail, multi-family, office development deals. Moving to Dallas in 1986 as Executive VP of Bramalea Texas he arranged the 700,000sf lease to NCNB after FDIC repudiation of the major tenant lease in the 70+ story 901 Main Street building. The $225M lease was completed for a 13 year term. AS EVP of National Accounts he sourced $450MM of debt and equity for major office deals in Atlanta and Chicago and became President of Bramalea Pittsburgh. He handled the US advisory role with Coca Cola Enterprises for new Berlin Coca Cola Plant and 100,000 sf office building for Horsham Properties. His Tour from 1994 to 1998 at Grubb & Ellis Co. saw $145MM in closings and consistently ranked him a top producer. The first year as President of his own company, Buyers Capital Advisors, Inc produced $50MM in transactions.

Represented and sourced significant mid-size SWD company acquisitions for larger Operating Service companies in Permian and New Mexico over last few years. Sourcing and funding for mineral leases existing or expired in The Permian (Delaware and Midland Basins), South Texas and Louisiana, including preliminary land-man and title company due diligence. 2. Equity and or Bridge funding Advisor for Oil and Gas acquisitions and Urban mixed use development opportunities in primary and secondary cities. 3. Source for Equity Funding as operator or non-operator in Class A office and Urban and Suburban mixed use development opportunities. Have always and always will represent Buyers of Luxury Residential Real Estate in key close-in Dallas neighborhoods.
