    I have been in the food and beverage industry for over 40 years. Prior to joining Airline & catering Industry I spent 10 years in hospitality industry, including the running of a premier Club & restaurant.In my last senior managerial positions I have increased efficiency and reduced overall operational costs with consistent focus on improving Quality and services to clients... I have had considerable experience in all aspects of food and beverage and an extensive hospitality/customer service background.;plus sound knowledge of budgeting and contracts.For the past 27 years I have worked in the IN FLIGHT CATERING & AIRLINE industry in various senior management positions .During my span with Gulf Air,Bahrain, In flight Services, and Catering and Cabin Crew departments. I have been a senior member of management teams responsible for negotiating catering contracts at overseas stations ,influencing in maintaining and renegotiate to trim food and handling costs..While as Catering manager at Abu Dhabi Airport catering and Duty free from year 1980 until 2007 I was instrumental in increased business development at Abu Dhabi & Al ain airports .Responsible for winning numerous airline awards in addition to internationally recognized IFCA Mercury awards ... Having spent nearly over 35 years in the Middle East/Asia, I have an intrinsic understanding and sensitivity towards other cultures.I am an enthusiastic and motivated professional with “can do” attitude.
