• Ensure a complete and accurate check of all property and identification of items, if any, that requires further investigation or reconciliation. Ensure that full physical inventories of non-expendable property are conducted which shall be performed at regular intervals, at least once per fiscal year per item to ensure accuracy and proper control of property.• Reconcile and update accordingly information derived from, physical inspections in the FACS/Galileo system.• Responsible for monitoring of reconciliation of collected data with the with the records in Galileo and ensure that Self Accounting Units (SAU) complete updating of relevant information in the inventory records with appropriate time.• Control of movement of property within the state, control of receipts and dispositions of equipment by the mission and smooth complete cooperation between the mission SAU and the state and PCIU.• Prepare the following reports and submit to the Mission Head Quarter (MHQ).- Monthly Non-Expendable property report- Financial Year-End Inventory Report (FYEIE)- Calendar Year-End Inventory Report (CYEIR)- Preliminary Asset Disposition Plan (PADP)- Final Disposition of Assets Report (FDAR)• Responsible for maintaining auditable records in both hard and soft format and for ensuring sufficiency, accuracy and integrity of information pertaining to inventory.• Monitor the status of records and information within the database on a daily basis in order to ensure that anomalies that appear are corrected.• Responsible for management oversight and the adequacy and accuracy of the inventory and perform other tasks involving COE.• Undertake sport checks to confirm that incoming non-expendable assets have been properly bar coded and that appropriate entries have been in FACS/Galileo.• Responsible for the overall management of property in the state and concerned with property control, reporting and inspection of Non-Expendable items.
