  I had the main responsibility for the general service in the bar and restaurant, other bartenders, their wellbeing, shiftplanning, informing and communicating, training and that they are doing the best possible job. Making sure the service was being conducted in a way that gave the best possible guest experience, and I was working closely with other service managers and Food and Beverage Manager to make this possible. On a day to day basis and working on making constant improvements. I was responsible for the floor and bar service during these events, with shift planning according to demand, delegating tasks to all bar staff on shift, and conducting a smooth service experience according to the event’s way of service.
