As Copyright Officer for staff and students at Victoria University's campuses I am available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. The role involves responding to copyright queries, presenting training sessions and contributing to the Library website as well as keeping up to date on current issues relating to copyright in the education sector. Currently the issues of open access for research data and the review of statutory licencing for educational institutions are very much under discussion and changes are expected.

Developed and managed database and implemented image management procedures for Museum Victoria to manage rights clearances and to track 30,000 images through the production process.Interpreted Intellectual Property Law relating to copyright for reproduction and use of images for other Museum Victoria staff.Collaborated with colleagues to set up Digital Asset Management System for Museum Victoria and manage staff during change. Organised an Archive of Production Studio image collections that include Melbourne Museum graphics, Museum history images and other photographic material
