I joined the firm in 1998 and was appointed partner in 2007. I founded the FRM Department at KPMG Israel and led several teams in implementing FRM methodologies in Israel's largest financial institutions. The main fields under my management are: - Fintech and IT: Advising on replacing IT core systems in Israel’s largest financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, etc). Advising the FinTech and InsurTech industries and connecting them to the financial ecosystem - Regulation: Leading projects of ISAE 3402 and ISAE 3000 for financial operational subjects, including provident funds operations, mutual funds operations and custodian services. Providing FATCA, CRS and AML advisory services both to the Israeli regulators and to the financial industry (banks, insurance companies and large Investment houses). Managing SOX 404 advisory projects in many financial institutions in Israel. - Actuarial Department: Life, non-life and IAS 19 in audit and advisory. The department is responsible for Solvency II advisory services projects and audits and IFRS 17 implementation of FPSL of SAP.As part of building the department I recruit and manage dozens of professionals.
