Head of Packaging: Packaging beers using Wild Goose Canning line to obtain the best results possible of shelf life stability of the beers by monitoring oxygen pickups(DO), colour changes, Microbial Petri dish plating for contamination checks, viable yeast count observations with haemocytometer. Obtaining best can seams and measuring the quality of the can seams(seam width, height,) using micrometer. Observing and inspecting quality of the cans procured.
