This was my first formal professional experience. Within the corporation, I worked in two different sectors: Cielo's and Liuv's (which is a SaaS for restaurants). In this way, I made thousands of sales via calls, tracked various metrics daily, achieved the established goals, reached new sales records, and collaborated in training new employees. Thus, I helped in the sectors' success and raised the organizations' productivity levels. Finally, I see that I learned a lot there, especially about data analysis and consultative sales.

At the age of 12, I began working at my parents' company. Initially, it was a small grocery store, but after a few years, it was transformed into a restaurant. Thus, I registered thousands of sales at the cash register, performed various operations daily, developed relationships with the customers, enhanced their experience and collaborated on the company’s digital transformation. In this way, I contributed both to the business's growth itself and to the customers' success. Lastly, I realize that I learned a lot there, especially about customer service and holistic business vision.
