The $2 million project has i) created 723 new jobs by seeding 268 new youth-led businesses; ii) established 200 new apprenticeships; and iii) created six regional business incubators. In recognition of its outstanding performance, the project won the 2017 World Bank Sustainable Development Vice President Team Award for supporting the Fragility, Conflict and Violence prevention agenda. • Currently co-lead a US$ 3 million project on youth inclusive local development in 10 municipalities in Kosovo.Social development work: • Provide expert advice on stakeholder engagement, labor management, gender, gender-based violence, and vulnerable groups to World Bank task teams and clients.• Coordinated the World Bank’s community of practice (COP) for land issues in fragile and conflict-affected situations, consisting of 60 professionals. The COP provided knowledge products, practical resources and educational events (1st International Workshop on Land Restitution) to its professional members.
