    I managed the in house studio at Background Talent (BGT). My jobb was to organise and book in Talents for their regular photo update and photographing new talents signing up with the agency. The studio had high turn around speed, 8 photos in 3 different outfits was shot in 15 min brackets. The focus of the images was to capture as wide range of possible looks the individual talent could pull off. Video;A part of my role was to make mini videos that explained for the talents how to use the website and hot the process of singing up worked.I recorded and cut serval testimonials off talents that had done certain roles and/or had specific experience with Background Talent.

    I was one of 5 people that worked as a team to requite applicants to Thoren Business Schools new school in Malmö, Sweden. We did both direct marketing and phone marketing. The job was outlined in a way that we visited a large number of high schools in the area around Malmö. We spoke to the final year student about their future and how Thoren Business School could help them create a promising future. We hosted group information session as well as 101. We arranged and hosted open-homes for the students to come and learn more about Thoren. The second part of our job was phone marketing where we called the students with the aim of having them to visit one of our open-homes. At the end of the contract our team succeed well and beyond our target and Thoren Business School received a much higher number of applicants than expected.
