I achieved a new bank record of a new LPB VISA card in 16 weeks.Conducted a strategic review and business analysis of core Tax and Estates business worth £9m in annual contribution which was fully implemented resulting in a Company wide restructure of delivery and support producing annual operational savings of £1.5m and an additional contribution of £5mRestructured and initially managed and supported a regional Investment Administration Unit of 36 people comprising a budget of £0.5m. Supported 14 Private Banking and Area Offices who service 9,000 clients Restructured the Ultra High Net Worth client support from the Mayfair office by relocating the key functions to Regional Administration Unit in Worthing saving 36 staff with annual cost reduction of £1m per annum.
