This is achieved by taking into account the full range of available FTT(x) technologies including FTTP, FTTN, FTTB and HFC, accross existing and proposed Copper, HFC and Fibre Networks.The High Level Designer utilises Mapinfo to create High Level Network plans of the FTTN,CDA and DFN areas to facilitate the Network build for the MTM project.- Using the Area Plan as a guide the Access/Capacity Planner places Nodes, cables and copper equipment to the required Design Rules.- The Access Planner must perform quality checks and analysis of the planed network (Mapinfo) to make sure it is viable and feasible.- The Planner must have knowledge across all Technologies, FTTP, FTTN, FTTB and HFC, and must use GDD and other Spatial information to complete effective designs.
