    Commenced my insurance career on the 21st September 1992. General junior employee stuff and them moved into basic underwriting, home, contents, motor, etc, mainly for direct clients initially. Graduated to small business underwriting using CPI & Fire Tariffs to determine rates. Business was taken over by NZI in late 1999 or thereabouts whereby roles were specialised and I moved into the surveyor role and worked from home for approximately 7 years.
