Kids Boost Immunity (KBI) is a free World Health Organization accredited digital educational resource that makes learning fun and meaningful by connecting local school curriculum to global citizenship. Available in English and French, students from grades 4-12 participate in a series interactive online lessons and quizzes linked to science, health and social studies curriculum. For every quiz successfully completed by a student, a vaccine is donated to UNICEF to protect a child somewhere in the world. Students access KBI using their own smart phone or school device and class leaderboards track questions answered and vaccines earned, encouraging friendly competition in the classroom. that I Boost Immunity (IBI) is a Canadian-based digital learning platform about vaccination and science for adults that rewards individual knowledge with vaccines for kids. As the first platform of its kind in the world, IBI uses quizzes and stories to raise local literacy about immunization, and pairs it with a global reward: childhood vaccines through UNICEF. For each quiz users get right on I Boost Immunity, the site donates one vaccine to immunize a child in another part of the world through UNICEF Canada.
