    In this role I provided teaching opportunities for the BP Tangguh LNG facility in relation to Tangguh specific materials for LNG process. This involved translating Tangguh specific information into English to support development of teaching materials and writing the entire curriculum from the beginning. Utilise teaching aids using TSC simulations, Developing and delivering the Global Vocational Qualification (GVQ) to international standards. I also had responsiblility for creating and facilitating a range of documentation to reinforce course framework, including lesson plans, schemes of work, and workbooks and tests for delivery. Parallel to this, I implemented a range of controls to enable strong assessment processes for student, including internal verification processes.

    My role as Production Technician allowed me to utilise my highly proficient skills in the use of computer operated control systems, including control systems appertaining to modern Acrylonitrile plant with output of 1000 tonnes per day, DC2 and RS3 control systems and the Delta V control system; and my technical expertise in the operation of numerous plant systems, including reactors, distillation columns, compressors, pumps, vaporisers, heat exchangers, silos, tanker / ship loading and off-loading, transfer systems and cryogenic, lpg and tank storage. My analytical and quality assurance excellence allowed me to respond to abnormal conditions identified in the monitoring of process systems, providing proactive solutions and adaptations and thereby pre-empting the need for ad-hoc off-spec product development or emergency situations.As a technical analyst and administrator, I assessed and documented process conditions through the use of log sheets, including computer based system readings, alterations, repairs, maintenance requests, inspections and four hour analyses. I provided HSE compliance excellence in the promotion of safe working practices, and in the preparation and implementation of site permit to work systems, including general work permits, confined space permits with isolation certificates and fire impairment permits. I was key technical and operational expert in the performance of regular tri-annual Acrylonitrile plant shutdowns and the associated decontamination, isolation and maintenance activities and post maintenance follow-up inspection pressure testing and start-up; and in the commissioning and start-up of new process plants and associated equipment, including type heat exchangers, cooling water filtrating systems and Luprosil production plant
