Responsible for maintaining essential components of the system in response to error reports from a variety of sources; this included information gathering, investigation, cost estimation, and ultimately implementation and delivery.• 2 years' work on a public-facing website produced for the Highways Agency. Responsible for assisting in the production of the initial prototype, updating this in response to feedback from customers, and then following this through the design, implementation, and delivery processes. Final 9 months was spent as the sole contact for maintenance issues, advising and fixing customers’ problems as they arose.• 1 year working on the mapping team, using OpenStreetMap, and MapSuite APIs to provide fluid interfaces, plus associated tasks related to various GIS mapping tools utilising ESRI location data and geospatial queries.
