This role involves the organisation of the correct resources required for individual courses across London, in 16 venues and around 100 Company sites per week. I need to make sure that the correct amounts of resources are sent and to ensure it is in the right place at the right time. I liaise with trainers to ensure adequate resources are distributed and receive feedback from a variety of people regarding the efficiency of the service. I assist the organisation of the delivery routes and participate in the distribution of the resources when required, as well as organising the maintenance of all the speakers, projectors, screens and whiteboards within London (over 160 items). I am also responsible for organising, maintaining and ordering replacements of volunteer medical training equipment for all Volunteer Units in London (over 30 locations) along with the ordering of books, training packs, fire extinguishers and consumables for all courses. I am also responsible for ensuring the quality and standards of the resources remain at the highest level.I am now responsible for the organising of the training packs and resources for all of the Health and Safety Training courses in London and South Region, liaising with the trainers to ensure that the packs and resources will be where they want them at the time they will be there (there is not always training happening in every training centre every day).Within 6 months of starting this role, I was put into a position of authority within the department, responsible for the day to day running of it while the manager of the site was on annual leave and when she was working at our other Headquarters, in Marylebone, where she attended 3 – 4 days a week.I was also a ‘Change Champion’ for the organisation, assisting people switch over to the new ‘Windows 365’ system, helping to ensure the smooth transition and acceptance by all team members, putting them at ease and training them where necessary.

Preparing ingredients, making food for customers and keeping the kitchen clean. Although only working 3 nights a week the manager upgraded me to Senior Chef within a few weeks and part of that role has been to create par levels, fridge plans, keeping standards in check, retraining the kitchen team and training new team members.
