    Leading a team of over 10 delegates and interns to run this programme under the Singapore National Youth Council and Skilio, establishing partnerships with over 20 universities, companies, and business professionals based in HCMC.Throughout two periods in December 2023 and June-July 2024, over 170 young entrepreneurs and students from Singapore have been onboarded. These participants, together with more than 200 Vietnamese students, participated in various interactive events, fostering cross-cultural and industry-centered understanding and collaboration.This programme has also partnered with notable Singaporean institutions including NUS Enterprise, Institute of Technical Education (ITE), and Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC).

    F-Coach was established based on concerns among FPT University first-year students when traveling to the military school for a two-week training course due to limited and costly options. Therefore, F-Coach's first initiative was to partner with a bus rental service company to offer an affordable and efficient alternative.Through my leadership, F-Coach grew rapidly, serving over 2000 students and generating over $10,000 in aggregate revenue. This experience has given me invaluable insights into the service sector and highlighted my ability to identify and address real-world challenges.F-Coach is run in October every year, ensuring that FPTU freshers have access to reliable and affordable alternatives during their military training course.

    TEDxFPTUniversityHCMC2023 was a huge success, featuring some of the most renowned speakers in Vietnam. Denis Dang and Mark Bain, both well-known content creators, shared their insights on finding happiness and motivation, inspiring the young generation to pursue their dreams. The event also had the privilege of hosting Hoang Hoa Trung, an admirable social activist listed in Forbes 30 under 30 in Vietnam 2020, who gave a thought-provoking speech on the importance of being socially responsible.As a Sponsor Committee Member, my role was to oversee the sponsorship activities for the event. I designed the sponsorship agreement, tracked media activities, and ensured that the sponsors were well taken care of during the event. It was a challenging task, but seeing the successful outcome of the event made it all worthwhile. The event provided a platform for individuals to learn and grow, and I am proud to have played a small part in making it happen.

    TEDxFPTUniversityHCMC, which is officially licensed by TED Conferences, is owned and hosted by Skillcetera annually.TEDxFPTUniversityHCMC 2022 marked a milestone at FPT University as the event successfully invited Ms. Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, Miss Grand International 2021, to become one of the event's speakers to give her speech on sharing the profound values of human beings. Besides, the other four invited speakers are famous figures in Vietnam who have significant influence on orientating young generations.I, as the Administration Committee Leader, worked with other committees and media collaborators to allocate tasks and grant the event certificates based on their performance.
