I am the Litigation Department, handling all claims that are in suit. This includes bodily injury claims, property damage claims and excess property damage claims. I handle all aspects of the law suits including the assigning to defense attorney's, negotiating some claims that can be negotiated, paying defense invoices...I attend mediations where I try and get claims resolved rather than proceeding to trial. I update my supervisors about the status of all claims through updated notes, pre-mediation reports and pre-trial reports.
