Build up PayPal's presence on China social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Zhihu) for marketing communications and corporate branding, and work closely with customer service team to handle inquiries and complaints on social media.Key Achievements:1. Doubled the WeChat follower base and increased its monthly readership by more than 400% through content innovation within one year, and also built owned social media as an effective channel for customer engagement and partner co-promotion;2. Developed successful cooperation with KOLs to enhance awareness of PayPal’s value proposition for Chinese import-buy consumers and export merchants;3. Worked with Marketing team to do PayPal’s first large-scale social campaign in the Zhihu community, which targeted the freelancer segment through an online roundtable, generated nearly 30k followers as well as over 6.9 million pageviews on the topic, and attracted in-depth media interviews;4. Leveraged owned social media resources to do co-promotion with PayPal's overseas merchants of different business sizes and achieved satisfying results (like 400% transaction growth in one week).
