1. Working as an individual contributor and responsible for End to End Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) delivery for all Entry, Mid to Senior Level hiring.2. Extending offers and negotiate (as/when needed) with candidates till closure and send new hire package8. Conducting reference check for selected candidates9. Initiating onboarding and orientation10. Ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are met month on month11. Ensuring that the Hiring Managers and Candidates have a delightful experience from the overall process 12. Closing all the requirements within timelines and ensuring that we meet our target Time to FillAdherence to corporate expectations, including accurate and compliant record keeping,13. Contributing to the team and process success by sharing ideas, recruitment best practices
