Actively manage all risk, worker's comp, and employment and tort (mostly but not exclusively personal injury) claims. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Successfully negotiated labor peace agreements (LPA's) covering the opening of a the largest gaming facility on the east coast, and then successfully negotiated intial labor agreements covering three separate bargaining units.
