Planned/managed US tour (including Kennedy Ctr & Spoleto Festival) for 60 member circus troupe including budgets, contracts, permits, equipment, transport, audience, company and crew supervision for all circus ops. Managed all financial needs, disbursements and reporting needs for $150,000/wk production budget. Directed Circus Flora Circus School on the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community in AZ, teaching trust and cultural understanding through the use of Circus skills.

Co-founder of the Osetian Riders, a Russian Cossack equestrian act. Responsible for all fiscal, contractsl and logistics.

Director of Performing Arts for one of six regional arts funding orgs. Managed touring program granting over $500,000/yr in fee support for the performing arts. Supervised travel funds and networking programs for presenters and producers in the region and facilitated focus and task force meetings on touring the performing arts, collaborating and presenting to underserved rural and culturally diverse audiences. Built and implemented a regional jazz program in an effort to bring more support to Jazz and a collaborative planning fund program to encourage pre-engagement planning. Led discussions and workshops at regional and national conferences on community involvement and partnerships.
