Wrote grant proposals for FCH and its individual programs. Reduced marketing budget by over $100,000 by bringing all production in house and eliminating outside consultants. Doubled the size of organization's direct and electronic mailing lists.Helped organized and promote special events, including one-week, 100+ volunteer build in El Salvador; produced materials in English and Spanish and engaged local supporters in El Salvador. Headed organization's response and handled all media when Habitat for Humanity and FCH founder Millard Fuller died.

Moved $800,000 Station Travel Department from Memphis, Tennessee, to NYC and reduced staff by 3/4 while maintaining volume. Monitored barter accounting functions, including reciprocal agreements, station contracts and trade invoicing. Planned meetings, events, promotions and parties for clients nationwide.
