Our services range from social media management and strategic planning, to graphic design and website development and also include: print & radio campaigns, SEO, Google ads and more. As the Co-Founder and Creative Director of this Caymanian owned and operated business, we are not only passionate about our clients, but also about training and providing hands-on work experience to local college students through our Internship Programme and E-Marketing Course with the University College of the Cayman Islands.

As Manager, Marketing and Operations for CITA, my role covered many aspects of management including marketing, finance/budgets, human resources, event production, training and development as well as business development. The NPO's Major Events included: Taste of Cayman Food & Drink Festival, Restaurant Month, The Stingray Tourism Awards, and annual AGM's for which I often served as an Event Spokesperson and promoter on Radio & TV, in addition to my role in Event Management and Operations. Directed operations team including a Project Manager, PR Coordinator, and outside agencies and Intern(s). Spearheaded the Association’s membership development initiatives, including fundraising, member services, and industry development events. Supervised and worked with the team to execute projects and events and ensured budgets were accurately maintained and adhered to. Managed and acted as a spokesperson for events such as the annual AGM, Taste of Cayman Food & Drink Festival, Restaurant Month, The Stingray Awards, educational seminars and more. Created and coordinated press releases, newsletter content, and media appearances. Assisted in editing tourism publications such as The Cayman Book. Managed digital platforms incl. website content, newsletter and social media. Managing the Cayman Islands Tourism Association entailed dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders, both private and public, including the CITA Board of Directors. Separately, this role also allowed me to utilize my customer service skills while meeting visitors to our islands and helping ensure they have a safe and pleasant experience here in the Cayman Islands. I enjoyed working with our 250 plus local and international business members and contributing to the success of the industry as a whole. This role helped grow my career and network in a profound way and furthered my love for Marketing and Operations.

This role helped prepare me for my next role as Marketing & Operations Manager for the Cayman Islands Tourism Association.
