    My role at The House salon I started as a full senior stylist from my previous experience at a much larger corporation Rush hair salon. My senior role soon lead to extra responsibilities, including cashing up tills and managing the money from the tills, managing staff including junior stylists and assistants, ensuring colleagues columns were running smoothly, this included booking in appointments. I also took charge of the stock checks and ordering in products and stock needed to run the salon day to day. I had a big role to play on encouraging pushing forward with the social media, creating more of a buzz on the social media side of the business to gain more customers and show our staffs skills. The work in this included ensuring before and after photos were taken correctly, posting on social media in the prime times and learning what engages people the most, creating noise to get the salon recognised. Replying to messages and responding to comments and followers we had on the platforms.

    My role at Bokashi Steel Knives started off as a working from home brand which led me to move overseas to Tamp Florida, I managed the digital marketing side of the business. Managing all social media platforms ensuring they were all linked from our Google page, Facebook and Instagram, keeping up with the latest trends in the market to ensure we stayed up to date. This helped me to achieve my monthly targets.
