    Achievement: National Tripartite Technical Committee (NTTC) was accepted as a practice forum to develop the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Law, and technical regulations, and later the OSH law was adopted by the National Assembly. Additionally, during the project time, Vietnam also ratified the Convention 187 which was promoted by the project. Main responsibility:• Work with governmental agencies, worker’s representatives and employer’s representative as well as experts to implement and manage the project;• Oversee the monitoring, evaluation of the project progress, and facilitate the establishment and functioning of NTTC;• Carry out train of trainers on HSE risk assessment, WISE, WISCON, WIND, ILO guidelines on OSH management systems.
