LECICO Co., is a leading industrial company which is producing wide range of the high quality Ceramic Tiles and Sanitary Wares “LECICO Co.,” is producing 30,000,000 M2 of the Ceramic Tiles and 7,000,000 Sanitary Wares Pieces annually with An annual Sales Achievements of about $ 800,000,000 As well “LECICO Co.,” is exporting considerable percentage from its production (60 %) to about (25 Countries) worldwideResponsibilities:-• Report directly to the Managing Director. • Develop, direct and control all the company products Sales & Marketing affairs in both the local and for each overseas export market both for : • The Direct Sales Operations. • The Indirect Sales Operations (The Distributors' sales operations). • Submitting proper Rolling Sales Forecasting the expected future sales for each product category for a curtain future period (often 6 months). • Setting up and following up the achievement of the current year Sales Target • Sitting up the Company Brands Positioning & setting up their Pricing Strategies• Draw and follow up the execution of a proper Marketing Promotional campaigns by projecting the: 1) ATL (Above The Line Marketing Promotional Activities) 2) BTL (Below The Line Marketing Promotional Activities) • Managing each assigned Distributor Operations • Evaluating the Targeted Customer’s Needs, the Buying Behavior and the Market Trends for both the Local Market and the overseas export markets • Approving the New Products Concepts • Project and put proper Training Programs to the company Sales & Marketing persons• Ensuring from the effective implementation of the Outdoor Sales Routes. • Setting up the Company Sales & Marketing Business Plan for the upcoming year, determining the dedicated expenses budget for all the sales and the marketing operation • Develop the company relationships with the Key Accounts in both the Local & The overseas Export Markets • Designing the company Public Relations Strategy
