Access Point (AP) monitoring including data mining, monitoring KPI’s, and probing sites to identify network issues along with advising customer solutions. Held weekly customer calls to track issues and drive process improvement.

Coordinated hardware installation, commissioned computer platforms, and performed acceptance testing. A key member of the project management teams for the following example projects: Mexico- Overcame cultural differences when the customer did not put the same emphasis towards producing on time deliverables. Saudi Arabia- Produced updated project schedule, via change control board, to incorporate large quantity of (unofficial but typical) religious and national holidays within Saudi Arabia. Israel- Schedule was highest priority project objective, project was completed on-time and on-budget. El Salvador- Project planning accurately accommodated increased risk due to utilizing some previously used equipment.• Test Lab Relocation from Deer Park to Arlington Heights.Budget was primary constraint and date of completion was the lowest priority, as a result I utilized volunteer engineering time. Engineers were key stakeholders and benefited from functional lab. • Dispatch System Release Upgrade ManagerFunctional group manager of an organization performing incremental hardware and software upgrades on operational telecommunication networks. Projects were developed utilizing historical lessons learned and six sigma quality practices to minimize active network outage time. The team was consistently rated high based upon Customer Satisfaction Surveys received after each project.• Test Lab ManagerFunctional Manager of a test lab utilized for in house process development testing. The lab had a key function for supporting hardware upgrades and software updates for a customer base of a minimum of 18 service providers located in 13 countries around the world.
