    Founded Alexander, Aronson, Finning, & Co., P.C. after six years at Arthur Anderson & Co. and three years as the CFO of a manufacturing company. In addition to audits, my expertise includes business valuations and accounting forensics, having appeared as an expert witness for both. I am frequently involved in succession and transition planning, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and trustee services. My clients are primarily closely held businesses and serving as financial advisor to high net worth families.I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and am a recent past Chairman and President of the International Association of Professional Accountants, a U. K. based global association of independent accounting firms and groups. I earned the Certificate in Financial Forensics (CFF) issued by the AICPA. I am also a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and have served as a committee chairperson and a member of the Board of Directors.
