Contracting Officer's Representative (COR/COTR): Center Ops. Dir. (COD)/Fac. Mgmt. Ops. Div. (FMOD) 11/2007 - PresentI manage the JSC Facilities Contractor's activities. Provide assistance to the Contracting Officer on technical contract issues. Develop the contract Surveillance Plan, and the contract Areas of Emphasis (AOE's) for each contract evaluation period. Coordinate the surveillance activities of the Technical Management Representatives (TMR's). Evaluate the performance of the Facilities Contractor and present findings to the Performance Evaluation Board (PEB) and the Fee Determination Official (FDO). Monitor the Facilities Contract's Actual Costs as compared to their Program Baseline contractual cost gate. Assist the Division Chief in budgetary activities including Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) planning, and budget execution in identifying projects to be performed within the given budget. Develop and provide JSC's Annual Maintenance Metrics report to NASA Headquarters.

Work Authorization Manager: COD/Facility Engineering Div. (FED) 07/2002 - 10/2005I coordinated with the customers to refine their requirements, assigned the projects to various Facility Engineers within COD, based on the employees' workload, discipline and expertise, and coordinated with the Center Operations Support Services (COSS) contractor on technical issues, schedule and cost. I was the Technical Management Representative (TMR) for the design and construction section of the COSS contract and I evaluated the contractor's performance in these areas. I was the lead coordinator for the development of the Work Authorization Document (WAD) Tracking System software, which automates the project management process for facility work requests. I served as FED's primary representative for the Facility Maintenance portion of the Integrated Asset Management (IAM/SAP) effort on the JSC extended team.

I assisted NASA Headquarters' Office of Space Flight (OSF) in developing the OSF Facility Areas of Expertise analysis.
