Here I helped the organization setup the Human Resources structures and function in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Sudan. Working with the Regional Leaders in the 8 countries, we implemented the business restructuring and grading, talent acquisition/ recruitment, streamlined the policies and aligned them to global Unilever standards. I won the the East and Central Africa HR Award 2011 for the excellent execution of the regional business transformation project (Compus into Action).
