    I was assigned to Macau to manage this 5 star international resort since April 2017 . Hotel has two hundred and eight rooms with seven food and beverage outlets,two swimming pool and a full scale health club and spa with an 85% occupancy year room . 2017 we produce first GOP in five years ,2018 bought hotel from rank 36 in guest satisfaction to 20, at the end of the year and double the GOP from 2017.

    i was assigned to this luxury resort in March 2016 with a mission mandated by the ownership to open this property in six months and she consists of 343 rooms and suits.5 function rooms ,3 restaurants and bars and full spa on site.Hotel was finally had the soft opening on the 18 Oct 2016 ,I was working diligently with my staff not only prepare the opening and we were able to develop some very unique concept in food and beverage according to local taste and we earn a lot of trust from the ownership because of that.

    I was assigned as GM of this pre-opening hotel and assume the duties of this 390 room luxury 5 star hotel with total conferences capabilities of 1800m2, 5 food and beverage outlets and a hot spring spa ,we have a target to open august 2016 .Eventually due to financial difficulties of the ownership and the project was suspended and i was transferred to Wyndham Grand Plaza Wencheng.

    I was assigned to this property to open this hotel with the maximum effort to accommodate the World University Games . There was less than six months to prepare for the opening,but it was nonetheless successful .This hotel has a total of 375 rooms which includes of three level of executive floors ,Chinese Restaurant ,Western cafe ,Italian Restaurant ,eleven meeting rooms ,and a ballroom of over 1000 square meters ,as well as a state of art fitness center and indoor swimming pool. The hotel was successfully open before the University Games ,with all outlet opening at the same time all according to plan.Selective Accomplishments.-After six months of operating ,the standing of this hotel jumped from rank 50 t0 rank 4 of all Crowne Plaza hotels in China.-Longgang's market leader in hotels even when competing with three brand new 5 star hotels at the same time and a total of 1500 new rooms.-Second year room revenue and occupancy double from the first year ,success attributed to driving the Sales and Marketing team.-Received great praises from the owners for the outstanding hotel performance ,noting the hotel has raise the property value of the entire complex.-Cooperate with IMG to hold successful International Tournament ,second to the China Open ,with worldwide exposure and constant coverage by ESPN.-Also hosted the UAE football team for two successive years.-improve Heartbeat OSAT scores and improve Employee Engagement Scores to 20% above targets.-Create the food and beverage marketing strategy according to the local needs, add Jaapabese Teppanyaki outlet ,Chinese restaurant Dim Sum and daily theme buffet in all day dining.-Hosted the first Pearl River Delta IHG culinary competition with hotel staff winning 2 gold awards,and exceeded the expected charity donation with a total of RMB 680,000 net.-Talent development ,coach EAM for GM potential and 2 department heads for EAM positions.-Top ten Entrepreneurs in and Honorary from the City of Shenzhen.

    I was assigned to this property in 2007 to direct a re-branding activities .The hotel was successfully re-branded as Crowne Plaza in December 2008. This hotel has 450 rooms, 9 food and beverage outlets ,with an annual volume of 250 million Rmb.Successfully repositioned the all day dining outley and double the revenue within 1 year.Guided a very successful drive of moon cake sales with a 30% increase over the previous years ,making the hoyrl the number 1 in sales for all IHG hotels with a total of 950,000 Boxes.although the ADR was significantly reduced due to financial tsunami,with an extendsive sales effort,we were able to increase the overall occupancy 3% over2008.
