    Initially commenced work as Manager Financial Information programs and subsequently evolved to the position of Diretor Participative Management Program(PMP). This program was 100% supported by Mr Galvin and Mr Weiss. The primary objective was to increase productivity and profits by including in communicative and listening sessions with ALL workers involved with a particular problem effecting cost and production. We had employee porblem solving sessions with affected disciplines discussed problems, solutions and implemention. The positive results allowed the members to receive a portion(40%) of the swavings in their paycheck. This program was a precursor to the USA program conducted by Dept of Commerce. Motorola won the initial award with their 6 sigma design quality program

    After US ARMY started with GECo in Missile& Space Dept in Phila, PA. Worked on various classified missile reentry and space projects prior to transferring to Wash DC in the Marketing area working with and lobbying DOD and Congress for GE . After 4 years transferred to the Information Systems Div located in Phoenix, Az. Significant achievements (1) worked on the first Satellite recovered from space. The program was named CORONA, was very classified at the time subsequently declassified in 1995; (2) worked on military related computer system programs fo GE in Phoenix, significant achievement was the leader of the WWMCCS proposal for GE/HONEYWELL. We won with new technology, program was initially worth more than $50M. Subsequently grew in value significantly. Following with Production Mgmt. position in charge of all computer system mfg and shipped from Phx
