      Member of the Communications and Change team for an enterprise-wide HR project set up to change ANZ’s reward philosophy and process. I was responsible for managing the phased roll out of the new Performance and Remuneration philosophy and process on ANZ’s intranet site pages (approx. 150 pages) which required extensive coordination of numerous stakeholders across the Talent & Culture division. I also created line manager communications, created and delivered training material for the tier 1 support teams in Manila, organised/supported line manager briefings and provided HR advice to Change Team. I also coordinated the team’s management of employees’ inappropriate use of ANZ systems ensuring that cases were escalated to Employee Relations as required. This Tier 1 service was offshored to Manila in September 2011 during which time I spent 6 weeks in Manila upskilling and supporting the new Tier 1 teams.
