    Owned and operated a thriving Curves Fitness Center for women. Designed and developed the facility in a location said to be "One of the most beautiful locations to complete your daily 30 minute workout" The premiere club I established was located at edge of the breath taking seashore along Hingham and Boston Harbors, with a view of our amazing Boston skyline. During the timeline(s) of my ownership I worked with thousands of women supporting them with t a healthy fitness lifestyle along side a weight management program like no other. Our location also provide them with a unique the self-care environment to enhance their vitality. Though franchising I was able to bring the healthy tools, exercise and the right education to woman of all ages. My youngest client was a 10 year old gymnastic enthusiast working out alongside her mom and my oldest client was my dear friend Doris, a 92 year old spitfire that loved coming in and getting her workout in while her daughter went shopping and teachings to women. I was privileged to be able to demonstrate that strength training and weight management can help you live a more active and healthy life. My training through Curves International and Cleveland Clinic gave me a foundation to build on and switch careers and to becoming my own enterpresnuer in Health and Wellness field long term.
