    Running day-to-day operations often leaves most of our capacity occupied with putting out fires. We chase deadlines under immense pressure whilst realizing that the building blocks of our production line & processes are in need of an evolution. Even though multitasking is much revered it is only with targeted focus that we can do deep analysis and strategising of operations. Content Lab decided to bring me onboard as a consultant focussing solely on what we now call project evolution. Our aim is to optimize the production line, design an effective and accurate project management system, train and mentor the team to the extent that it increases the company's profit margin. So far my time with Content lab has been extremely rewarding and we are seeing much exciting change.
