    GASCO IGD-E Project, Package 3. Client: GASCO (Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd), UAE. Contract Price of approx.: US$ 685MM. Achieved up to date 600M man-hours without LTIs.IGD-E is a unified project to increase offshore gas processing capacity by an additional 400 MMSCFD offshore HP gas from Das Island to Habshan. Package No. 3 consists of the following new facilities required to handle the additional offshore Gas: New 114 km onshore segment of the 42" IGD-E pipeline. New Units are required at Habshan 5 to receive the Gas from the new 42" IGD-E pipeline. New condensate pipeline to transport stabilised condensate from Habshan 5 to Habshan Complex Condensate Storage Unit. New two Package Boilers for steam generation in Habshan 5. New tie-ins and modifications required for the integration of the new units with Habshan 5 and Habshan Complex to allow optimum processing of Gas.Main Responsibilities: - Ensure that all HSE documents legally required are available, i.e. prepared, issued, approved and processed. - Ensure implementation of the HSE Management System, the Construction and Commissioning HSE Plans, the Environmental Plan and the Emergency Response Plan. - Promote an integrated safety culture.

    Shah Gas Gathering Project, Package 1. Client: Al Hosn Gas (Abu Dhabi Gas Development Company Limited), UAE. Contract Price: US$ 498MM. Achieved 12MM man-hours without LTIs.EPCC Lump Sum Turn Key project which included 8 well pads (4 wells per pad) and one receiving station, each one with control building. Also, interconnection of well pads with 16” inter-pad lines, plus two 24” transfer lines to send approximately one billion SCFD of raw gas to the central process gas plant. The project was particularly complex due to the high concentration of sour gas from the wells. The new gas production was intended to generate domestic power, to maintain pressure in the existing oil fields and to produce sulphur for international markets.Main Responsibilities: - Ensured compliance with HSE Management System. - Ensured implementation of the Construction and Commissioning HSE Plans, the Environmental Plan and the Emergency Response Plan. - Managed all HSE activities related with Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.
