Logistics :-Responsible for the successful development and management of an effective Express Logistics strategy for Egypt.The role requires operational excellence as well as commercial acumen in managing this new product launch for DHL Express Egypt. This will include support to the Egypt commercial team in developing and selling solutions to target customers, developing in country competence in express logistics and achieving the Egypt revenue and profit goals for the express logistics business. In addition accountability will have to be taken for all operational requirements as well as implementation of new customers in DHL Egypt. Develop Commercial & Operational Express Logistics strategy for establishing SPC / ELC across Egypt. Identify and target customers in line with the developed ELC / SPC commercial & operational strategy. To provide training support to the Egyptian commercial team to increase individual capability to identify and see Express Logistics solutions. Ensure that Express Logistics delivers profit to the business in line with target levels. To assist the Egypt sales team in targeting, selling & implementing solutions for customers. This includes the allocation and management of resource requirements, implementation budgets and implementation timing. Provide regular updates on project progress to management and sponsors to enable overall project progress monitoring.

To ensure that the internal audits are performed according to the internal audit plan and action to taken according to the internal audit results and followed up till it’s done. To ensure that the company scales are calibrated and stamped on a yearly basis without failure. Monitor and report County compliance to Global/Regional process and quality standards and implement corrective action where required. Ensure the availability and implementation of appropriate training to support the Country quality activity. To follow up with commercial Department , Customer satisfaction survey that's its conducted as per¬what's written on the quality procedures. To Monitor and provide reports on the following areas :-

Providing solution implementation documentation to all relevant operation groups to agreement.
