    Plant was originally Wycott Corporation. I was responsible for the entire operation, we added 4 new presses, revamped the production and finishing facility and prepared the operation for being purchased by Engineered Support System. Which was a wonderful experience.

    Was hired in 1976 to start the Plastic Division from the ground up. Designed the layout, and purchased all equipment, molding machines, painting and decorating, installed a monorail system to supply finishing from molding with no inventory on the floor, not quite but almost just in time. Was unable to hire any plastics experienced personell from the outside of Zenith, I personally selected and trained all technical personel. We grew this division to 23 molding machines with robotics, and a full compliment finishing dept. of painting and decorating of 11,000 TV sets per day, plus Cable boxes, and plastic components.I had the entire responsibility of selecting machinery, training personel budget restraints and production, the division had to absorbe economics each year, this was quite an achivement.
