    Founded by top financial services firms, Impetus -PEF is helping a wide range of non-profits across the country to optimise their governance, fundraising and operations functions. Members and supporters of Impetus include Deloitte, Blackstone, KKR, PwC and others. My role is cross-functional, liaising with finance, operations, comms and events teams.- Project management & process optimisation: I project manage the delivery of a set of new operational systems, processes and reporting mechanisms across the organisation, to maximise organisational effectiveness, new income generation prospects and revenue stream exploitation. The project includes delivery of: • Customised CRM system • New team management systems and processes to ensure maximised operational efficiency• New Salesforce database • Set of new income generation prospects and business development reports• New set of KPI and revenue stream reports - Strategy: I support the Director of Philanthropy in setting the strategic direction of fundraising and delivering on the five-year growth targets. I provide detailed trend analysis and donor activity to improve income generation. - Stakeholder engagement: I liaise directly with Trustees and other key external partners, managing key aspects of the relationship with them and ensuring engagement with the organisation’s activities.

    Series of research, evaluation, fundraising and event management positions for the Barbican, Europe's largest multi-arts and conference centre. - Research and evaluation: I collated, analysed and evaluated event data, and I produced evaluation impact reports for senior management that helped guide them in setting the overall event strategy for the Centre.- Trend analysis: As part of my role, I undertook competitor analysis project and I also helped identify current fundraising trends- Event management: I assisted the Donor Relations Manager with the administration and successful management of corporate events, a key source of revenue for the Barbican.

    Stakeholder engagement and development coordinator for the Benaki Museum, one of the biggest contemporary arts centres in SE Europe. As part of my role I contributed significantly to the Museum’s first ever membership campaign.- Corporate partnerships: I cultivated relationships with the museum’s corporate donors, ensuring they got full visibility for their level of support, and maximising the efficiency of this important revenue stream. Additionally, I handled corporate members’ requests.- Research: I undertook research project to identify cultural fundraising trends and new revenue sources for the museum.- Content development: I developed a range of content, including fundraising presentations and proposals, donor communication material et al.
