Each aspect of the programme is critical to maximise training availability and avoid illness in a very susceptible population.• Work closely with technical coaches to design and implement on-ice sweeping conditioning sessions using technical sweeping framework designed for the entire performance pathway. Provide workshops to coaches on numerous topics including training and matchday preparation and recovery protocols. • Contribute to production and evolution of the Curling What It Takes To Win (WITTW) Model. Worth with sport science and medical team to assess athlete’s progression of readiness against national standards. Physical qualities make up part of an athlete’s readiness which informs reporting back to UK sport.• Support injury risk reduction, management, and return to performance protocols by working closely with the physiotherapy department, creating individualised athletic development plans.
