Including re-vamping the brand image, taking advantage of social media to promote brand awareness, joining several approved contractor schemes to create more commercial opportunities. I also decided the company should become a corporate partner of a childrens charity to cement our commitment to a good cause and promote our caring image, this included setting up a charity vote amongst our clients to ensure it was an involved decision and agreed on the NSPCC.
