Senior Director, IT Strategy and Delivery
-
Jun 2006 - Oct 2011
As Sr. Director of Systems Strategy and Delivery I added the responsibility of leading the Global Applications Group, Data Management Organization, Business Relationship Management group and the management of the Project Management Office to my previous responsibilities. Under my leadership we rebuilt the DMO to focus on process and governance in order to maintain data integrity throughout the entire life cycle. The ePMO evolved into a leadership group and the BRM became truly aligned with the business. The Applications group zeroed in on processes and solutions to accelerate business drivers and goals. These previously disconnected and dysfunctional organizations have evolved under my leadership into a high performance team supporting the Teleflex business goals and objectives. As Director of Strategy and Planning for IT • Led IT Strategic Planning Process• Identified and implemented organizational opportunities to support business unit drivers• Owned all ERP initiatives as well as negotiations with associated vendors• Provided guidance for pulling “derailed” SAP North America project back on to tracks and development of data migration strategy• Developed and implemented IT mentor program• Provided guidance for development of Project Management unit.
